The primary goal of the training program is not just to stir up the missionary call but to help the trainees discover their God-given ability to pioneer outreaches and plant churches. Like the early disciples, they were ordinary men who didn’t know specific what help can they possibly offer Jesus. What they didn’t know is that Jesus does not operate through physical gifts and abilities but through the Spirit of God.
The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me
to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives
and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed,
to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor. Luke 4:18-19
In the same way, we believe that every missionary was divinely equipped by God to pioneer ministries and movements as they pursue the Apostolic mantle to empower the Body of Christ.
Our training was designed in such a way that every trainee will be given a platform to pioneer an outreach or a program that God is placing in their heart. These outreaches that was pioneered are now reaching communities who has never heard the gospel before, even once in their life. These outreaches were built through a series of selection wherein the team conducts research, village scouting & spiritual mapping to identify a community where there is no Church located near it. Our desire is that every pioneered outreach will turn out to be a local Church through constant evangelism and discipleship.
